• Liability – We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, road conditions, or mechanical breakdowns.

• Personal Belongings – We assume no responsibility for lost, damaged, or forgotten baggage, personal items, or valuables left in the vehicle.

• Subcontracted Services – If we are unable to provide one of our own drivers, we may arrange service through a qualified affiliated company.

• Vehicle Availability – We reserve the right to substitute or upgrade vehicles when necessary based on availability.

• Vehicle Damage – The client is fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by them or members of their party during the rental period.

• Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking – Alcohol consumption and drug use are strictly prohibited by law. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.

• Driver Authority – The driver reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund in cases of blatant indiscretion or inappropriate behavior by the client(s).

• Seating Capacity – Vehicles may not be loaded beyond their designated seating capacity.

• Rates – All Car Service to Boston Logan Airport rates are subject to change without notice.
