Boston Premier Car Service – Cancellation & Additional Fees Policy

At Boston Premier Car Service, we strive to provide a seamless travel experience. To ensure fairness and clarity, please review our cancellation policy and additional fees below.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full fare.

  • “No-shows” will also be charged the full fare.

  • If you request a change of vehicle type less than 12 hours in advance, you will be charged the cancellation fee for the original vehicle plus the cost of the new vehicle type.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Wait Time

Wait time is billed in 30-minute increments based on the vehicle’s hourly rate.

  • International Flights: 60-minute grace period after arrival; charges apply thereafter.

  • Domestic Flights: 30-minute grace period after arrival; charges apply thereafter.

  • FBO & Non-Airport Reservations: 15-minute grace period before charges apply.

Two-Way Tolls / Airport Fees

Applied only when:

  • The route involves a toll road, and/or

  • The trip includes airport pick-up or drop-off.

Extra Stops

  • $25 fee per additional stop during airport or point-to-point trips.

  • Wait time charges apply if the stop exceeds 10 minutes.

Parking

Charged only when applicable and if the parking fee is paid by the driver.

Holiday Surcharges

  • $60 surcharge on major U.S. holidays.

  • 100% surcharge on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

Early / Late Pick-Up Fees

  • $25 surcharge for all pick-ups between 11:30 PM – 5:30 AM.

Child Car Seats

  • $30 surcharge for each car seat provided and installed by Boston Premier Car Service.
